Ana Cordonet was born on June 12th, 1925 in Chisinau. She is graduate of Institute of Fine Art, Bucharest in 1949 at the class of professors Cornel Medrea and Lucian Murnu. Since 1951 she is a member of Romanian Fine Artists Union. She was teacher at high school of art "Nicolae Tonitza", Bucharest.
