Ion Lucian Murnu was born on November 15th, 1910 in Bucharest. He was graduate of Academy of Fine Art of Bucharest in 1936 at the class of professor O.Han. He was professor at the Institute of Fine Art "Nicolae Grigorescu", Bucharest. He dead in 1984.
