Vasile Parizescu was born in Bráila. Between 1945-1949 he attended the courses at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy and then the Technical Military Academy (1949-1953). Free courses of painting with Dumitru Gheatá, Rudolf Schweitzer Cumpána and G.N.G. Vânátoru. Between 1970 and 1973 he attended the "Bucharest School of Art" where he had as teachers two painters: Nicolae Savin and Paul Lutescu.
