Vasile Rotaru
Vasile Rotaru was born on March 27th, 1929 in commune Cenade, Alba District. He is graduated of the Bucharest Fine Arts Academy in 1957 with the professors: Adina Paula Moscu and Rudolf Schweitzer-Cumpana. Stage Designer in 1957 at Romanian Television Bucharest. Since 1968 are member of Romanian Artists Union and member of ATPR. In 1971 became member of ACIN and artistic director at National television. He was professor at Art Institute "Nicolae Grigorescu" Bucharest between 1970 and 1980, professor at Ecological Faculty between 1992 and 1996 and at faculty "HIPERION" between 1994 and 1996.

- 15 pull-length movies;
- cooperation of theatres of: Sibiu, Satu Mare, Arad, Oradea, Pitesti,
Ploiesti, Botosani, Bacau, Bârlad, Constanta, Braila, Iasi, "Odeon"
and National Theatre Bucharest.
